We had the best stay ever! The hotel is located perfectly near many great restaurants and has easy access to anywhere in the Lake District. The staff is amazing, and Carlos, the owner, takes high personal care and interest in serving guests. We loved the views of the lake and the amenities provided, such as a jacuzzi, satellite TV and a unique breakfast served in-room. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were also top-notch.

This place is a hidden gem! The location right by the lake is stunning. The service provided by the staff is top-notch. The amenities in the room are luxurious and the mini-bar is well-stocked. I loved relaxing on the patio and enjoying the beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

The rooms were in need of some updates and could use better maintenance. Some amenities were missing, like a waste bin in the room.

The view from the room was breathtaking, and there were plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. It was also great to have a jacuzzi in the suite to relax in after a day of exploring.

The cleaning could have been much better, and the carpet could use an update. the hotel lacked attention to detail and didn't provide the level of service and amenities that we expected for the price we paid.
